We keep this simple on purpose.
What we store
- Your email and a locked password (we cannot read the password).
- The name you chose to show others.
- Your posts, letters, and reports.
We do not use Google Analytics or advertising trackers. We do not sell your details.
Who sees what
Other members see your display name and what you write on the board. They do not see your email. Staff can see reports so they can keep the club safe.
Cookies
A small cookie keeps you logged in. That is all we need.
