Privacy
We keep this simple on purpose.
What we store
- Your email and a locked password (we cannot read the password).
- The name you chose to show others.
- Your posts, letters, reports, albums, and (if you choose) a voice answer to today’s question.
- If someone sets the club up for you: what you like (music, quizzes, and so on), and simple needs such as large text or a wheelchair. That stays on your account so Home can fit you. A family member can change it later.
We do not use Google Analytics or advertising trackers. We do not sell your details.
Music, virtual walks, playlists, and calm sound use YouTube’s player only on those pages. News headlines come from BBC RSS.
Who sees what
Other members see your display name and what you write on the board. Answers to “Let’s talk” are for the club, so someone else can hear your story. They do not see your email. Staff can see reports so they can keep the club safe.
Cookies
A small cookie keeps you logged in. That is all we need.
